Buses, Limos and Sprinters
Coming with a group via Bus, Limo or Sprinter Van? Great! We’re happy to accommodate your group.
At the Riverhead Ciderhouse our seating is first come first serve. However we do require a reservation for any large vehicles with groups as in Buses, Limos, Sprinter Vans Etc. We only accept these forms of vehicles with reservations and arrivals must be between the hours of 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Upon arrival a manager will greet your driver at the door to check your reservation in. For the reservation we require the time of arrival, number of guests, A name as well as the date.
1:00 PM is a strict deadline, we do not permit any vehicles of this type past 1 PM whether the group has a reservation or not.
Cider/Beer flights are $15 and wine flights are $20 not including tax and gratuity.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Any limo, bus, or van that arrives at RIVERHEAD CIDERHOUSE in which guests are intoxicated and/or consuming alcoholic beverages upon arrival will be turned away. RIVERHEAD CIDERHOUSE and New York State Law do not allow outside alcohol, wine, or beer brought onto our property. Drinking in the parking lot is not permitted.
Groups must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, being respectful of Tasting Room staff and other customers. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Unruly customers will be asked to leave the premises.
Guests may not bring their own food, beverages, or picnics for consumption anywhere on the RIVERHEAD CIDERHOUSE grounds. RIVERHEAD CIDERHOUSE requires a contact person from each group to complete the information below. This person is responsible for the group and is required to explain the policies to their group before arriving at RIVERHEAD CIDERHOUSE.
